Deadline Hollywood reports that William Morris Endeavor (WME) has signed MOANA star Auli’i Cravalho for representation. Cravalho is best known for voicing the iconic role of Moana in the Oscar-nominated Disney film opposite Dwayne Johnson, who played Maui. The film has gone on to make more than $600 million at the worldwide box office.
Cravalho has been on a hot streak after being discovered by Disney, and will next be seen starring in the drama series RISE, which debuts on NBC on March 13. She is set to return as the voice of Moana in Disney’s upcoming RALPH BREAKS THE INTERNET: WRECK-IT RALPH 2, which comes out this November.
She also recently returned to the recording studio to record a Hawaiian language track for MOANA, which was produced by the University of Hawaii’s Academy for Creative Media, West Oahu, founded by former Tri-Star Pictures chief Chris Lee.
