North Korean Escapee Makes Plea to Trump to Hold Kim Jong Un 'Accountable'
Yeonmi Park was just 13 years old when she escaped from North Korea with her family after suffering abuses under the regime. Park is now 24 and has become an activist for human rights in North Korea.
On the occasion of the recent North Korean summit between President Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, Park appeared in a New York Times video to plead with Trump to hold Kim accountable for North Korea’s human rights violations. Check it out above.
